At Greenworks, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to love your eco-friendly pieces. If your order isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag to minimize environmental waste.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
